Criteria for Membership

Any resident or private property owner of the defined Neighborhood as described in Article III of our By-laws of legal voting age (18 years of age) can become a member of the Neighborhood Council and if registered with the Mill Creek Neighborhood Council as a member shall have full voting rights.

Any Business / School that is interested in participating in the Neighborhood Council may become a Business / School Member. However, a Business / School Member has a voice, but not a vote; and it may not serve as an Officer of the Council.
