our Neighborhood

Mill Creek Neighborhood is a diverse neighborhood that includes a commercial area, residential homes, and multiple-family residential units. Our neighborhood includes the Kent Historical Museum grounds, the Mill Creek Middle School, and many local businesses such as West Coast Awards and Grandma Thai Restaurant.

Within walking distance of the Downtown Kent core and Kent Station, our neighborhood has easy access to local Kent restaurants, businesses, Post Office, and schools. We are also close to I-5 and Hwy 167 as well as the Seatac Airport. Jaunts to the new Westfield Shopping Center, Bellevue, Supermall, Ikea, and other local shopping are just a few minutes away.

Mill Creek Neighborhood is also a unique neighborhood in Kent, Washington, with a large number of historic residential homes. Many homes in our neighborhood were built before 1930 and offer a glimpse into the unique past and history of Kent.
